November 4 is National Coaches Appreciation Day and we have AMAZING Instructional Coaches in Washington County. Our instructional coaches support teachers with planning and data meetings, provide professional development, help with analyzing data to build intervention plans, and work with students individually and in small groups. Their impact goes far and wide in our district and we are appreciative of their work every single day.
